Owner and Founder of Iron Fist Studios, Maurice Molcho, first discovered his love of music at a young age. Although his passion has always been performing, Maurice understood the difficulty of "making it" in the industry. As a result, he sought to build his career as an audio engineer so that he could both further his work as a performer and a producer, in addition to helping other musicians of all genres attain their goals.

Maurice attended Brookdale Community College where he studied Comprehensive Musicianship and Audio Engineering. After college, he graduated at the top of his class from New York's Institute of Audio Research where he was taught and trained by top professionals in the field.

His excellent work at IAR was immediately recognized and he was offered a position at Professional Sound Services in Manhattan. There, he learned the ins-and-outs of audio while working on set for TV, short films and documentaries.

After some time in the sound for film industry, Maurice decided to get back into the music world and began working at D'Angelico Guitars in Manhattan and [The End] recording studio in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

At D'Angelico, Maurice deals with live sound and stage management. Thus far, he has worked with artists such as, Bernie Williams, Cody Simpson, Eddie Odeja (Twisted Sister), Gene Cornish (The Rascals), John Varvatos Records, Universal Republic Records, Hiatus Kaiyote, Clutch and many more...

At [The End], Maurice has also worked with Cody Simpson, Mac Miller, Clams Casino, Talib Kweli, Pete Rock, The Relationship, Pringles, USAID and many more...

Now, with much more extensive experience, he is proud to announce the official launch of his own company, Iron Fist Studios.
